Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Insurance Certificate Administrators is a Limited Partnership organized in the State of Texas.  ICA began its business operations in 1994.  Growth and ownership opportunities allowed for the organization to be formed as a Limited Partnership in 2002.  Our leadership brings a combined 75 years of knowledge along with the experience of licensed insurance agents and risk managers.  This does not include the experience of our operational staff.

ICA was originally created to help oil and gas companies with their unique insurance requirements.  Over the years, ICA has further expanded into supporting other areas from local municipalities to international transportation companies.
