Kirk Joseph, Managing Partner for Insurance Certificate Administrators, has more than 20 years of experience in contracts, software, and consulting.  Having worked with Fortune 100 companies and privately-held organizations, Kirk’s experience is broad and compliments the growing needs of ICA.

 

Kirk earned a degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and has served more than 15 years as a Representative to the Board of the Association of Former Students.  After serving alongside the President of a multi-national organization working in the U.S. as well as Africa, the Middle East and Russia, Kirk concentrated on the financial and management aspects of contracts. Soon, strategic planning and technology became a part of his growing responsibilities.

 

He is a fifth-generation Texan and is deeply committed to the local community where he currently he has served more than five years on a local school board and in various volunteer roles.
