ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES:

Kortney Robertson is ICA's Senior Account Executive.  She not only manages the unique requirements her clients may have, but she personally attends to the responses of clients’ questions, reporting needs or Vendor management.   Fully responsible for the overall implementation, she will work with the client and our Operations and IT team to ensure the program is implemented on time and as designed.

Brittany Graue is also one of ICA's experienced Account Executives. She joined ICA in September of 2009 and has been in the insurance business since 2006.  Prior to working for ICA, Brittany worked for one of the largest property and casualty companies in the U.S. selling policies and managing accounts.  At ICA she works directly with clients and Account Executives on a daily basis to ensure a high level of service.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

ICA's head of Business Development is Michael Armstrong.  He has several years experience in business-to-business sales and was the top producer at a fortune 500 company.  At ICA, Michael is responsible for contacting new prospects and introducing ICA to you and your team. Michael has been with ICA since 2009.

OPERATIONS:

Our Operations Manager, Chris Logan, has a Master’s degree in Administration and brings years of experience in reporting, training, and multi-task management.  He is responsible for all data input support personnel, production, quality control and management of data entry staff.
