In our experience we have found that if a company has 300 or more vendors, a full-time staff member would be required to manage certificate tracking effectively (full-time would include benefits and/or retirement; generally 25% to 30% more than the salary alone). If a company has less than 300 vendors, generally a part-time employee could be hired to handle the tracking program. But, again, why would you hire a full-time or part-time employee when for half of the price, you could get the team of experts on the ICA staff?!
