The ICA Program was built using Microsoft technologies in a multi-tiered solution. Having a need to present real-time data over a web-based environment allowed ICA to develop a program whereby a user could access the information they need from any location, anytime, be it on their desktop at work or their mobile handheld device out in the field or at a ballgame.  There is no software to install, nothing to download and no special tools or functionality as long as your web browser is able to be launched and connected to the world-wide-web.

  

The raw data is stored on a Microsoft SQL server hosted in a protected, secured location.  

 

Viewable images, such as the Certificates of Insurance are presented to you with one-click in an Adobe (.pdf) file and are stored on a SQL server. 

 

Data is backed up nightly and each nightly backup is retained for 30 days. After 30 days, the backup data from the first of each month is retained indefinitely.
