In order to fully understand your vendor's policy information, ICA may utilize a proprietary information gathering tool called a "Details of Insurance" form. ICA will send this form to your vendor's insurance agent asking specific questions about details of the vendor's insurance coverage such as paid claims, aggregate limits impacted, specific coverage. This tool allows ICA to verify specific policy coverage language providing even greater insight into the depth and quality of their coverage. Often, endorsements are collected for greater coverage in-sight.
